I’m an executive career coach, talent and culture leader, and business development strategist focused on facilitating growth and professionalism within the legal, emerging cannabis industry in the U.S.

I bring 6 years of executive search, mentorship, thought leadership, revenue, and brand strategy expertise to help executives and companies gain the clarity and confidence to propel the industry forward.

Since 2019, I've had the opportunity to hire over 100 executives at the Manager, Director, VP and C-Levels into leadership roles for cannabis startup licensed operators and ancillary businesses nationally.

So, I know what happens in the room where cannabis professionals are hired. I also understand the many challenges that teams face once leaders are hired.
